Nielsen Plays Catch-Up as Streaming Era Wreaks Havoc on TV Raters

Now, new rivals seeking to challenge Nielsen’s dominance have emerged. The latest came on Monday, when comScore, Inc. and Rentrak announced they were united after the closing of their merger.
