46% of Germans ready to drop cable & satellite for OTT

This is the result of a survey conducted by market research institute TNS Infratest on behalf of internet TV provider Zattoo among 1,014 participants over 15 years of age. […] Almost one in three viewers (30%) currently use TV and video streaming services on their smart TV sets. The leading streaming devices are laptops and PCs (76%). Tablets are used by 24%, followed by smartphones (20%), streaming boxes and games consoles with 9% each.
