Cyberbullying nets ’13 Reasons Why’ mature rating in New Zealand
[A] recent edict by New Zealand’s Office of Film & Literature Classification rules that Netflix “will now be required to display a clear warning in respect to the series, as well as in respect to each episode.” This comes after the country’s 2015 ruling that makes cyberbullying a punishable offense.
