Former Netflix CTO convicted for taking bribes | Engadget
According to FBI Special Agent in Charge Craig D. Fair, Kail “created a pay-to-play environment whereby he stole the opportunity to work with an industry pioneer from honest, hardworking, Silicon Valley companies.” In a statement from the prosecution, it broke down the payments from companies to Kail’s consulting firm, and what they were paid by Netflix. It says he received over $500,000 and stock options from the companies. – Richard Lawler, Engadget » https://ift.tt/2QE2Nn4
