PlayStation 4 Is the Most Popular Pornhub Console

[As] for which gaming console gets the most Pornhub use, the PlayStation 4 is the big winner. 51.5 percent, just over half of all game console traffic, comes from PlayStation 4. The Xbox One follows with 34.7 percent. At first we just figured this reflected sheer numbers and tech realities. The PlayStation 4 has the advantage of course because there are just way more of them out there. And the similarly popular Nintendo Switch doesn’t have a web browser so it can’t access Pornhub at all. However, the extremely dead Sony handheld the PlayStation Vita somehow comes in third with 9.1 percent. So maybe there just is something special about porn and PlayStation. – Jordan Minor, Geek.com » https://ift.tt/2PiU3zi

Because there’s no way most PC games would be fun on a touchscreen, you’ll probably want a controller — Valve says that Made for iPhone-certified controllers should work, as will its own Steam-branded controller. The company also notes that for best performance, the computer doing the streaming should be hardwired to your router, and your iOS device should be running on your Wi-Fi network’s 5Ghz band. – Greg Kumparak, TechCrunch » https://tcrn.ch/2WNcuNM

Square Enix Has Disabled Streaming For Left Alive In Japan

According to reports coming out of Japan, […] the developers have cut off all ability to stream the game directly from the PS4. According to a number of streamers, the reasons it’s been done is because reviews of the game have been low ever since the game was released in the country, and rather than showing off what the game looks like and plays like before it gets released in the West, [Square Enix] decided simply to cut off the YouTube option. – Gavin Sheehan, Bleeding Cool » https://ift.tt/2SFcUCX

If Streaming Is the Future of Console Gaming, It Might Be Screwed

And here’s where we get to the big problem. If streaming is a big part of the next generation of consoles then a whole lot of gamers are going to be pissed. Nvidia is already streaming resource-intensive games to its Shield console now, but the experience is… just adequate. That’s because streaming a game—especially one with 4K resolution, or HDR, or at 60 frames per second or higher—requires a lot of bandwidth, and many American gamers simply don’t have access to internet service that can handle it. – Alex Cranz, Gizmodo https://ift.tt/2yKYc8X
